Step 1 · Paper Intake
Pull the paper into the system, normalize metadata, tag topic, method, source, date, and citation status.
Step 2 · Research Judgment
Decide whether the paper is a theory object, monitoring object, implementation candidate, or just archival noise.
Step 3 · Card Extraction
Convert the useful part into a Z Card: Method Card, Signal Card, Execution Card, Risk Card, or Strategy Card.
Step 4 · Internal Linking
Connect the result to wiki entities, lexicon terms, related papers, and topic clusters. That is where a paper stops being a PDF and starts becoming system memory.
